Visual Arts - Photography Teacher
Joginder Singh specialises in photographing Architecture and Interiors. Trained in architecture, Joginder has honed his eye for detail allowing him to create exacting compositions capturing the essence of the space. Joginder has been shooting in Canada, India, Europe, America, Singapore and other countries. Passionate about modern architecture, Joginder is also keenly interested in Architectural Heritage leading to several published books. He set up Immaterial to publish impeccably designed books.
Joginder has been a visiting faculty member at Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon, and at the School of Fashion and Design – GD Goenka University, Gurgaon, India. He partnered with another professional photographer and set up PhotoSensitive Workshops to teach photography.
He continues his journey in Canada where he teaches as Visiting Faculty at Ontario College of Art and Design University, Living Arts Center and Visual Arts Mississauga.
His published works include Glimpses of Architecture in Kerala, Forts and Palaces of India, The Arts and Interiors of Rashtrapati Bhavan and Cosmic Dance in Stone and An Adobe Revival – Didi Contractor’s Architecture.
Joginder has also held and curated several fine art photography exhibitions.
