Throughout his time at Sheridan, Thomas discovered his love for theatre, specifically new Canadian works. Thomas has trained with leading industry professionals and has showcased new Canadian musical theatre around the Toronto area. Most notably, being a part of the first reading of “Kelly V. Kelly”, directed by Robert McQueen, written by Britta Johnson and Sara Farb in partnership with Musical Stage Company. As well as being a part of “My Bonnie Lass” directed by Mary Francis Moore, written by Johnny Reid and Matt Murray. He believes that these experiences have shaped him as a performer and educator. Thomas strives to design a classroom space conducive to the universal design for learning, as well as an atmosphere where everyone who enters feels welcome.

Thomas looks forward to meeting the students and families of the Burlington Royal Arts Academy and can’t wait to learn and grow in the community.
